Air conditioning installs and repairs for long, humid Middle Tennessee summers.
Warm air from the vents, an outdoor unit that hums but won’t spin, ice on the lines or a system that runs all afternoon and never catches up. We find the cause, explain it, and fix it on any brand.
When an older system has reached the end, we install a new unit matched to the home and its ductwork, then set it up and test it so it runs the way it should.
A system that’s low on refrigerant has a leak somewhere. We check the charge, look for the cause and tell you plainly whether a recharge, a repair or a replacement makes sense for your system’s age and refrigerant type.

Furnaces and heat pumps that hold up when a Bedford County cold snap arrives.
No heat, short cycling, a burner that lights and quits, or a blower that won’t shut off. We repair gas and electric furnaces, and install new ones when repair no longer makes sense.
Heat pumps do the heating and the cooling in a great many Middle Tennessee homes. We service and repair them, including defrost problems, auxiliary heat and the reversing valve that switches between seasons.
A fall check of the furnace or heat pump: safeties, ignition, airflow, electrical connections and filters, so problems turn up in October instead of on the coldest night of January.

Disconnected or crushed flex duct in a crawl space or attic can waste a big share of the air you pay to heat and cool. We find and fix the problem runs so the air goes where it should.
A new thermostat only helps if it’s wired and set up for your equipment. We install and configure thermostats correctly, including auxiliary heat settings on heat pumps.
Better filtration, cleaner coils and the right airflow make a noticeable difference to dust and humidity. We’ll recommend what actually fits your home and system, and nothing it doesn’t need.

Catch small issues before they become big (and expensive) problems.
Preventive maintenance, filter changes, coil cleaning and system inspections. Regular care keeps efficiency up, catches worn parts early and helps the system last.
When the heat quits in a freeze or the AC dies in July, call. Emergency calls are taken, with same-day response when possible for breakdowns.

Smell gas? Leave the house, don’t flip switches, and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. CO alarm sounding? Get everyone out and call 911. No heat in a freeze? Call, and never use an oven or grill indoors for heat.
